I am so grateful for the ease of use of this app. I use it primarily in countersigning client contracts that come over to me in PDF. It is easy to use and do far have not found a feature or function I have needed that isn’t built in. Thank you so much!

I have three pdf applications: PDFPen Pro, Acrobat Pro, and PDF Signer. I use them for different things. I like PDFPen for pdf markup, comments, and general pdf editing. I am forced to use Acrobat for some federal documents that require Acrobat, because they have some proprietary features. PDF Signer shines for the once or twice a day that I need to sign and date something, or a short form. Simple, quick, no settings to fiddle with. I use PDF Signer much more than the other two combined.

I would like to start by saying I thought $10 was too much when you can get more functionality on preview. If your signatures dont need to look real and you dont need to fill out documents fast, dont waste your money on this app because you can sign and fill out pdfs on preview. But preview has one major flaw that makes PDF signer worth while. Signing A PDF -Preview allows you to sign a document by signing a blank paper and with the camera adding it to your saved signatures. The problem is, the signature is automatically thickened and can ONLY BE BLACK which makes the signature look digital, or generated. I have had many documents rejected and told I have to PRINT SIGN, & SCAN this document (Renduring my time wasted and feature useless) and then send it back because they do not accept digital signatures. Major limitation is, preview does not allow you to upload your own Real looking color signature. - PDF sign in a matter of seconds allows you to drop in your scanned BLUE signature with background that has been removed utilizing preview alpha lasso tool (JPEG or PNG ONLY) for real looking athentic sigatures that dont get returned due to being digital signatures. Filling out PDFs -Preview makes it difficult to easily fill out a pdf with click and type action. It seems that it is not smoth and i constantly have to be adjusting the boxes which takes too much time. -PDF sign is faster and makes it simple to adjust font as well as color which takes me a longer time on preview. Verdict If speed and realism is not an issue for you your better off not buying. If you want to quickly fill out documents that wont get returned as digital and you value your time, purchase this app.

This is the go-to program for pdf doctoring:. signatures, text, logo placement. Very easy to use and it has that nice feature of transparant signature where your signature can overlay the pdf text, making it look very authentic.

What I like most about this application is that it doesn’t get in the way. Its easy to use and I’ve never had an issue with it. The only feature I wish it had is the ability to transfer my signatures to my laptop where I also use this application when I’m traveling. Did I mention it just works?
